Memoit – User Agreement

Welcome to Memoit. By downloading, accessing, or using Memoit (the “App”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read it carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • Memoit provides features including notes, text records, tasks, habit tracking, dates, images, and map location recording.
  • You may use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, or in any way that may damage, disable, or interfere with its operation.

    • 2. Content

  • All notes, tasks, images, and other materials you create or store in the App (“User Content”) remain your property.
  • You are solely responsible for your User Content, including ensuring it does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
  • The developer does not claim ownership of your User Content and does not monitor or review it.

    • 3. Privacy

  • Memoit does not require registration or login and does not collect personal information such as name, email, or usage data.
  • Some features (e.g., storing images, recording map location) may require access to your device’s storage, camera, or location services. Such permissions are used only for the intended functionality and remain on your device.
  • No user data is transmitted to the developer without your explicit action.

    • 4. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design, code, graphics, and logos, is the property of the developer and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

    • 5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
  • The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

    • 6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, productivity, or business opportunities.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

    • 7. Updates and Modifications

  • The developer may update or modify the App at any time to improve performance, add features, or comply with legal requirements.
  • This Agreement may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

    • 8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
